Health & Care
Careers Event
A joined-up campaign to promote a major Lincolnshire careers event to school, university and public audiences.

Making a broad careers offer easy to understand — and hard to miss.
The Lincolnshire Talent Academy event brought together more than 50 health and care career stations, interactive activities, talks and tours. It was free and aimed at audiences ranging from school leavers and university students to the wider public.
I was responsible for targeted marketing and communications materials, marketing and social media planning, and event coordination responsibilities.
One event. Many audiences, activities and practical details.
The campaign needed to explain the range of clinical and non-clinical opportunities, encourage advance bookings for workshops and tours, and reach both organised groups and individual visitors.
The materials also had to stay consistent across social graphics, posters, an event guide, email communications, video and paid media activity.
Planning, content and coordination.

One campaign, adapted across formats.

Detailed information supported the booking journey.
The supplied three-page email wording explained the careers marketplace, practical workshops, university talk, campus tours and booking process in one structured communication.

A complete campaign was delivered across every key touchpoint.
The surviving source material demonstrates a coordinated public campaign spanning print, email, social media, video, event collateral, regional advertising and practical delivery.
Some projects shown here were completed as part of previous employed roles. I’ve included them to demonstrate my own experience and contribution; their inclusion does not imply endorsement of my freelance business by the organisations featured.
